Repair time will depend on the extent of the damage. Paintless Dent Removal is usually done within the day, while more extensive damage can take up to a week or longer to repair correctly. After our free estimate, we can usually give a rough idea on how long service will take, but there can always the possibility of hidden damage that can slow the process down. We will keep you up to date during the repair process and let you know once the repairs have been completed.
Yes we do! We work with all insurance companies, whether they are based out of Minnesota or out of state.
Under Minnesota State Law, the vehicle owner has the right to decide where their vehicle is repaired- insurance companies are not allowed to dictate which shop you choose. It won’t affect you or us in any way!
First thing we check is if you have rental coverage on your policy. If you do, our team can help arrange a rental vehicle through a carrier, or you can set it up with them yourself to align with your schedule. If you do not have rental coverage, or don’t want to deal with a rental company, we can offer a loaner vehicle free of charge to use while your vehicle is in for repairs (we may charge the insurance company if you do have coverage).
No you do not. There is no law requiring a customer to drive around for multiple estimates for the insurance company. When you file a claim, let the insurance company know where you would like your vehicle to be repaired and let us take care of the rest. It’s that simple.
Yes, all collision estimates are free of charge. First, we do an initial assessment of the damages to come up with a preliminary estimate to give you and the insurance company an idea of what it will cost to repair the damages. From there, we can take care of communicating with your insurance company to make sure they understand our estimate and the extent of damages that need to be repaired. And finally, once we have the vehicle in for repairs, we do a tear-down of the vehicle and check for additional damages to create a supplement for the insurance company. The whole estimating process is free of charge!
